Form MFT-14

Q: To Borrow monies is one of the matter which comes under Section 179 of CA 2013, and required to be filed in Form MGT-14. Explain.

Ans: Since this matter is also required to be passed by shareholders by passing SR and required to be filed with Form MGT-14.
