What is the relation between the two companies ?

Kindly tell if two private companies have common shareholder holding 33% of the paid up share capital and have one common director.

Ans: There will not be any relation as per companies act. neither subsidiary nor associate. But it will be covered as related party under sec 188 and also under 184(2) regarding disclosures.
